KH gave update on monies in bank.
Grant received for £1000 from ERCC towards new goals for junior section.
Grant received for £2000 from ERCC towards drainage costs.
£690 received from Parochial Charity. Thankyou letter to be sent. RB
£100 received from Alan Holtby. Thankyou card sent
Bag Pack for 2/4 cancelled. R.B to see SG/GW about future planned back packs.
It was proposed and passed that monies will be spent on weeding pitches in May.
Steve Young to be asked to audit books.KH
Senior dinner dance – venue Oaks on Friday 21/7. Cost per ticket to be £40. PH
1st team pitch work to be carried out by Lodge Landscape.PH
New kit required for 1st team and 2nd team.PH/JF
Lynden Tooling will continue to sponsor 1st team. K.Hill Builders to be asked if they wish to continue sponsoring 2nd team. JF
Bishop Burton to be contacted to see if any grass pitches available for next season. RB

Meeting to be held to discuss training for next season from the point of the DNA of the club. GW

A quote with dimensions has been received regarding proposed car park behind Village Hall. It was agreed by all attending tonight’s meeting that the planned car park area impeded too much onto our top pitch and so should be rejected and that the Village Hall Committee be informed of this decision at their April meeting. However, there is sufficient room to have one line of cars parked directly behind the Village Hall and again this will be passed onto the Village Hall committee. RB/GW
